WHO WE ARE

Operational insight. Structured solutions. Lasting performance.

Titanium Industrial Consultants is an operational excellence and business consulting firm founded by Gerardo A. Carreon. The firm helps organizations strengthen operating systems, improve compliance, manage risk, and build the structure required for sustainable performance.

Titanium's approach is grounded in more than 15 years of operational leadership across the United States, Mexico, and Central America. This experience spans transportation, international logistics, LPG and hazardous-material operations, infrastructure development, maintenance, warehousing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

An Operational Foundation

Complex operations understood from the inside.

Gerardo's understanding of complex operations began in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, within his family's public transportation company. The business operated more than 200 buses and developed an integrated support infrastructure that included repair and body shops, metalworking capabilities, fuel and tire operations, and a dedicated parts store.

This environment provided an early view of how successful organizations coordinate people, assets, inventory, processes, and information across multiple business functions.

At 18, Gerardo assumed responsibility as an operations supervisor for a cross-border passenger transportation division serving Ciudad Juárez and El Paso. The role established the foundation for a career managing operational complexity across industries, functions, and international boundaries.

Experience Converted Into Capability

Experience that produces measurable operating results.

Throughout his career, Gerardo has developed operating systems, standardized technical processes, improved international supply-chain workflows, strengthened maintenance and inventory controls, and supported large-scale infrastructure and business expansion.

These experiences reinforced a consistent principle: operational risk often develops where knowledge, responsibilities, procedures, and controls have not been formally established.

Selected Operational Results

Capability measured in outcomes.

~70%Reduction in customs inspection frequency
7–10MGallons of cross-border LPG movements supported per month
~500%Increase in LPG distribution volume within two years
CTPATSuccessful certification path after previous unsuccessful attempts
ScalableTechnical work standardized into repeatable production processes

Why Titanium Exists

Titanium was established to close the gap between recognizing a problem and building the system that solves it.

Many organizations recognize operational weaknesses only after they begin affecting productivity, compliance, cost, or business continuity. Others know improvement is necessary but lack the time or internal resources to assess the issue, determine its root cause, and implement an effective solution.

The firm evaluates how an organization operates, identifies vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities, and develops practical systems aligned with its people, responsibilities, and business objectives. The goal is not simply to produce recommendations. It is to create solutions that can be implemented, measured, and sustained.

Strength by Design

Titanium does not simply identify operational problems. We determine why they exist and build the systems required to prevent them from returning.

Strength, resilience, and disciplined performance—expressed through detailed analysis, clear guidance, and durable solutions designed for real operating environments.

OUR METHODOLOGY

The Titanium Enterprise Operating System™

The Titanium Enterprise Operating System™ is a structured methodology for assessing, designing, improving, and scaling business operations.

Through seven disciplined stages, Titanium helps organizations understand how work is performed, identify what limits performance, and build practical systems that support consistency, accountability, visibility, and sustainable growth.

The Titanium Enterprise Operating System™

The industry changes. The methodology does not.

01Assess
02Map
03Standardize
04Measure
05Improve
06Automate
07Scale
01

Assess

Understand the operation.

We begin by evaluating the organization’s objectives, processes, responsibilities, documentation, regulatory requirements, and existing controls. This establishes a clear view of current conditions, operational priorities, and areas of exposure.

02

Map

See how work actually moves.

We document how activities flow across people, departments, systems, and decision points. Process mapping helps reveal unclear responsibilities, communication gaps, duplicated effort, delays, and dependencies that may otherwise remain hidden.

03

Standardize

Establish a consistent way of working.

We convert operational knowledge into clear procedures, manuals, work instructions, responsibilities, and controls. Standardization reduces variation and gives employees a dependable framework for performing and managing their work.

04

Measure

Create visibility into performance.

We identify practical performance indicators and establish methods for tracking results. Meaningful measurement allows leadership to monitor progress, recognize emerging issues, and make better-informed operational decisions.

05

Improve

Address root causes—not only symptoms.

Using operational analysis and continuous-improvement principles, we identify why problems occur and develop corrective actions that improve efficiency, reliability, compliance, accountability, and business performance.

06

Automate

Use technology where it creates value.

Where appropriate, we identify opportunities to simplify repetitive work, improve access to information, strengthen tracking, and reduce administrative effort through practical technology and automation.

07

Scale

Build systems prepared for growth.

The final objective is to create an operating model that can be sustained, replicated, and expanded. As the organization grows, its systems should support that growth without creating unnecessary complexity or dependence on individual employees.

The Titanium Standard

Designed for the organization. Built for sustained use.

Titanium's methodology is not a generic checklist or a temporary correction. It is a disciplined process for building stronger operating systems around an organization's people, responsibilities, risks, and objectives.
